Thank you for your interest in joining the Shakespeare Association for our 47th annual meeting in Washington, D.C. Book Exhibits are perennially popular features of the conference, and SAA members have come to view the exhibits and publisher representatives who staff them as fundamental to their conference experience.

The 2019 Exhibitor Registration and Payment portal is now open. When completing the registration please spell out the name of your organization as you would like for it to appear in our SAA Program for the conference.

Please note that there is NO charge for wi-fi access in the exhibit area of the conference this year. If for any reason you need wired internet access, please let us know and we can relay the hotel’s daily rate. All arrangements for exhibiting should be made with the SAA office (not the conference hotel).

We do NOT assign booth or table numbers. We will place your group name, along with name tags for those listed in your registration, on your assigned table(s) prior to set-up on 17 April 2019.

For FedEx shipping instructions, please click here. We will have all exhibitor shipments delivered to the exhibit area on Wednesday, 17 April 2019 by 6 pm and you can start setting-up at that time.

Ad Space in the 2019 Conference Program
Full-page ad (4 3/4″ wide by 8″ tall): $1,000
Half-page ad (4 3/4″ wide by 3 3/4″ tall): $600

Ads must be camera-ready and in black and white or grayscale. The online portal for uploading PDF files is now open. The deadline to submit an ad is 1 March 2019.
