Thank you for your interest in joining the Shakespeare Association of America and over 1,100 of its members for what will be the largest conference in our history. Book Exhibits are perennially popular features of the conference, and SAA members have come to view the exhibits and publisher representatives who staff them as fundamental to their conference experience. This page contains information about the conference hotel and its room rates, exhibit dates and times, table and advertising charges, and shipping instructions.

Hotel and conference registrations open 1 January 2016. The SAA’s discounted rate at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel is $139 per night 
for single and double occupancy; additional guests are $25 per person per night. Club-level rooms are available for $169. Mandatory state and local taxes are charged at 13%, and Louisiana charges a $3 per room per night occupancy
 tax. Rates are guaranteed through 2 March 2016. The SAA has also negotiated for complimentary in-room high-speed internet access. When making hotel reservations, be sure to identify yourself as an SAA participant to secure the negotiated rates.

Exhibit Location and Times

The exhibit space in the Sheraton New Orleans is Grand Ballroom DE and will be open:

Thursday, 24 March: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Friday, 25 March: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday, 26 March: 8:00AM – 12:00PM

Times are subject to change, and the final schedule will be announced in the bulletin that will be posted on the SAA website on 1 January 2016. In the days before the conference, the program for New Orleans will also be posted on the SAA website at

Charges to Exhibit 

Fees are $350 for one skirted table and $200 for each additional skirted table. The link provided below also offers the opportunity to reserve power ($60) and internet access ($100) for exhibit table(s) and contains an open comments section in which you can convey special requests to the SAA office.
